Ukrainian feminist Layma Gaydar, leader of woman organization “Woman’s Network” (founded in 2000/04/17), has published in 2007 the book “Being lesbian in Ukraine: gaining strength” (by Layma Geydar, Anna Dovbakh, Co-author of Part I: Natalia Nagorna).
Being lesbian in Ukraine: gaining strength is the book aimed at women of all ages who are in the process of becoming aware of their homosexuality – coming out, their close environment, as well as at specialists and wide range of readers. Abridged version.
The book is published with the financial support of ??? Netherlands as part of the project Prevention and Empowerment in CIS: responding to HIV/AIDS among Sexual Minorities.
